Master Mathematics with confidence through private tutoring
Our approach to tutoring Mathematics
We strongly belief that anyone can do well in Mathematics at High School level.
Our lessons are individually tailored for each student to maximize learning potential. Our expert tutors identify areas of improvement and are trained to explain different topics in multiple ways. We know that everyone learns just a little bit differently.
We follow a teacher-directed learning style. This means we structure our lessons around explanations, practice problems and individual practice time:
Explaining Mathematical concepts
Tutors demonstrate practice examples
Student completes practice examples with immediate feedback
We tutor for a varitiety of levels:
NCEA - New Zealand Certificate of Educational Achievement (more details below)
Cambridge International Curriculum
IB - International Baccalaureate
Learning Mathematics through Free online tutoring courses
We are proud to inform you that we offer Free tutoring on top of our private lessons available to anyone.
Our VIP Tutor is creating Mathematics and Statistics lessons online where students can first learn about concepts.
Our premium courses include further learning tools and resources such as online Flash cards on Remnote and lots of practice worksheets for each topic covered.
Our courses are designed to support students with their learning on top of tutoring lessons. Ideally the student watches the explanations of the content in the online lessons, attempts all the worksheets at home and then attends their private tutoring lesson where they can get immediate feedback and valuable individualized information.
